HEART TALK - Letters between Baba and Dr. Goher Irani - Fourth Letter

Here is the 4th letter posted from Dr. Goher's correspondence with 
Baba. It is addressed to Baba and dated 25 January 1938. 

Explanations of names of people, places etc that you might not be 
familiar with are given in brackets after the name/word throughout 
this series.

Some adjustments have been made for readability.

Dadar 25th Jan '38

My own Sweet Lord Baba,

Pray accept my fondest love and devoted namaskars. My dear Lord I thank 
You in my simple and humble way for saving my mother from her 
prolonged illness. She came from the hospital yesterday morning with 
Katie, but cannot as yet proceed to Nasik. The hole in her abdomen has 
not healed up as yet and needs dressing every other day. She is 
putting up at Hamai Aunty's place since she could not afford to pay 
the hospital's and the doctor's bills, and had to leave it taking the 
doctors permission. She will be going to same doctor for the dressing 
of the wound which will be far cheaper and I hope by Your Grace she 
will be alright soon. I have faith in You my Lord and do not fear any 
thing. Even for my exam I hope to go in a happy mood, with You by my 
side guiding me throughout.

Your orders, my beloved Baba I have carried out so far and shall try 
never to break them. With Your permission we sent Katie to Nasik 
yesterday and I hope she has reached there safe and sound.

Dear Bachamai [Arnavaz's mother], Naoroji [Dadachanji, Arnavaz's 
father] with the family are doing well. Hope Adi has received the 
letter which I had posted on Friday 22nd Jan for I have had no reply 
to it as yet.

I shall close with my fondest love and devotion to my Lord Shree Baba
