It appears a lot of people do not know the hours of medical consultations
in and around Meherabad...here they are!  Dr Anne

 MEHER HOSPITAL consultation  every day from 5.30 to 6.30pm,  either by Dr
Anne  (Monday to Friday) or Dr Tembhekar (Sat and Sundays).

It is for pilgrims, residents and staff. If you need a long consultation,
or expect acupuncture, or cannot come at this time, please call to make an
appointment earlier as this consulting hour can be quite busy.

A nurse (Sister Laxmi ) is  present from 9 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 6.30 PM
except on Tuesdays.

Dr Shibon Tembhekar is an MBBS doctor, this means trained in allopathy. She
lives very close to Meherabad (near Gary and Mehera's house). She is
available at her house for consultations after 6 PM (she is away working in
a hospital all day). She can do  official medical documents (for insurance
for ex.) that  we foreign doctors cannot do. She has a car and is willing
to make house calls for our community if needed. Of course she will charge
for her consultations and house visits.

I'd like to have some time off the hook on Sundays, Baba willing, so in
case you need to see a doctor on Sunday and cannot wait till 5.30pm, please
call her!

 MPR :consultation every morning except Sunday, from 9 to 10 AM, by one of
our volunteer nurses, Beatrice or Douglas .
 I attend on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Homeopathy consultation by Michael and Sarah on Monday, Friday, Saturday, 3
to 4 PM
The medical facilities at the MPR are  for people residing or working at
the MPR.


MEHER HEALTH CENTER  is open every day except Sundays from 9AM  to 1PM and
3 PM to 5 PM
I am there on Fridays from 10.30 to 1 PM.


PADRI' S ROOM: HOMEOPATHIC CONSULTATIONS:

Bob Street on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 9 AM  to 12 noon
Sarah and Michael Mon Fri Saturday at 9.30 AM to 12 noon


If you have a chronic health problem, it is advisable to connect with
either Dr Shibon Tembhekar  or myself when you are well, so we know your
baseline condition and the treatment you are taking. Should you get into
trouble, having this prior information would save a lot of time.
