The 2008 Rabies immunisation for dogs and cats will be given by Dr. 
Santosh Gaikwad at:
The East Side of the Meher Pilgrim Center
on:
Monday December 10, and
Tuesday December 11, 2007

Please bring your pet on a leash or in a basket on one of the above days 
between 9:30 and 10:30 am. If you give your dog/cat rabies immunisation 
independently, please be sure to give a xerox copy of the certificate to 
Caran St. John before the 31st of December.

Please encourage your staff, watchmen, neighbours, etc… to bring yours 
and their pets. In the past, despite continuous efforts, some pets did 
not receive rabies injections. People have been bitten, and sometimes 
have had to take the rabies shots if the dog is not known to have been 
vaccinated. As you know, rabid dogs come through Meherabad regularly, so 
the risk is a real one for your pets and for anyone they might bite. We 
need your help to protect our community.

The cost of the immunisation is Rs. 35/- to be paid to Caran St. John at 
the time of service. For those who cannot afford the full payment, Rs. 
2/- is enough.

If you plan to have your animal(s) vaccinated at our clinic, please fill 
out a slip attached and put it in the jar on the mail table so we can 
purchase enough of the vaccine.
